The aid worked great out of the box with no reguired "tinkering." Do reccommend the custom ear molds thoguh..I already had mine when I ordred//

The online hearing test is a big plus also..

Best for watching tv or one on one conversation in a quiet area. have trouble keeping them behind my ears! The only setting that woks is no.2(1&crowded area setting are just like turning them off, and3-4 setting shrill and screeches. 2 setting is too loud, but I hope I get used to it. 3
